An Account Manager for enCOMPASS Agency is a talented communicator who is passionate about our brand and marketing expertise and understands the needs of our customers, provides excellent customer service, and drives sales of add-on services to existing customers. They will maintain a strong relationship with our clients that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive about their needs and delivers on our promise to enable companies to increase productivity and ensure all their marketing dollars are providing the best possible return on their marketing investment.
Responsibilities
- Create, build, and maintain relationships and be a valuable asset to clients to show the value of enCOMPASS Agency for SEM, Display Advertising, Video Advertising, website design, development, SEO, Email Marketing, and Consulting.
- Maintain, support, and create various customer presentation materials and present to clients
- Manage 30-35 large accounts with long term results
- Solve and with passion support the needs of each specific client and deliver effective communication and consistently solve any issues or concerns
- Provide valuable feedback and analytical results to management for improvement of sales and marketing strategies
- Communicate effectively with all other team members (Billing, Digital Media Manager, Project Manager, Designers & Developers) to guarantee deadlines are met
- Manage the day-to-day communication with clients in order to report the progress, delay, and overall project status to clients
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong, results-oriented communicator and customer focused individual that strategically pursues business with energy and drive
- Ability to execute customer proposals and deliver effective sales presentations with passion
- An extraordinary work ethic with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Demonstrated ability to interact with people successfully with an understanding of their immediate needs
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not necessary
- 2 or more years of successful digital media experience
- Google Analytics and Google Ad certification is preferred but not necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Tech Savvy experience with solid computer skills is a must
- Proven track record developing relationships and driving sales growth
