Job Summary
As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for thinking strategically and proposing multifaceted digital campaigns to drive growth for our clients. This role requires a logical and tactical thinker who is process oriented and has a deep desire to understand digital marketing trends and services. This role requires a love for problem solving. This role will manage multiple accounts and 50+ campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms to meet customer’s specific goals. This includes, but is not limited to paid search, search engine optimization, display, online video, digital audio, e-mail marketing, and social media.
- Assess and analyze campaign activity on a daily basis.
- Strategize and plan intelligent marketing campaigns based on individual client nuances, goals and objectives.
- Evaluate and identify underperforming campaigns and implement necessary changes to improve performance.
- Manage creative & messaging to generate the best response based on the client goals.
- Effectively communicate campaign performance to Account Manager.
- Generate reports for clients and account team with insights into campaign performance.
- Update content on client websites.
- Research trends in digital media and make recommendations to keep clients ahead of the competition.
- Must be reliable, accountable and thorough.
Qualifications / Skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Organized individual, process driven with explicit attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience using Photoshop preferred.
- Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- 2 or more years of successful digital media experience, specifically with search engine marketing and search engine optimization.
- Google Analytics and Google AdWords certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Research and present to leadership one new digital marketing service per quarter
- Greater than 100% Return on Investment (monthly) for 90%+ of clients whose goal is lead generation
- 90%+ annual client retention
- Achieve milestones as part of annual development path
