When did you join the enCOMPASS team?

What led you into digital media?
I've always been fascinated with the web and seen it as a space with infinite possibilities. My first internship out of college was for a small ad network based in Los Angeles. At the time, I created a blog and wanted to learn more about the digital advertising space, which led me to that position. I've been working in digital media ever since and love every minute of it.
Digital marketing is amazing. Why do you love it?
Working in digital media allows me to blend creativity with strategy, and the constantly evolving nature of the industry keeps me engaged and excited. The ability to bring imaginative ideas to life and see them connect with users in a meaningful way is incredibly fulfilling.

My ideal weekend involves quality time with friends and family. Living in Miami Beach, I love being outdoors, and there's no better place to unwind than at the beach.
Tell us a fun fact about you!
I was a big sports fan growing up and played almost every sport as a child. I earned a full athletic scholarship for men's volleyball at USC, and in my last season, we made it to the NCAA tournament, finishing in the top 10 in the country.
