What led you into sales?
I’ve always had a passion for connecting with others and finding solutions—it’s in my nature. I believe that sales is all about combining these two skills to become the best salesperson you can be. On top of that, I love traveling, exploring new cities across the country, and meeting all kinds of interesting people.
Digital marketing is amazing. Why do you love it?
I’m passionate about Digital Marketing because I’ve seen its revenue-boosting power firsthand in my own business, and I’m just as excited to watch other businesses thrive and grow because of it. The impact we create is tangible, reflected in increased revenue for our clients, and I believe it’s rare for a partner to have such a direct influence on the success of others' businesses.
What’s your favorite part about working at enCOMPASS?
For me, it’s all about the team. I truly enjoy working with the incredible people here, getting to know them better, and learning from each of them. The collaborative work environment is one of the things I love most—everyone is excited, passionate, and committed to helping each other succeed while holding each other accountable.
It’s the weekend! Describe your “perfect day.”
In the summer, my ideal day starts with 18 holes of golf early in the morning, followed by a delicious local lunch with my wife. After that, I enjoy tackling projects around the house, working on the garden, and then hosting friends for a big cookout. In the Fall and Spring, I love getting outside to camp, fly fish, or hunt, taking in the beauty of God’s creation. If I can’t get outside, I’ll be cheering on my Philadelphia Eagles as they race toward another Super Bowl victory. In the winter, my wife and I might head to the mountains for some snowboarding, or if we’re in the mood for a getaway, we’ll fly to Florida to soak up some sunshine!!

I absolutely love to travel, and I have been to over 15 Countries so far! I would LOVE to visit every country in my lifetime.
