What led you into account management?
This is my third position in the digital marketing industry (I’ve been an SEO analyst and a campaign optimization specialist) and being an account manager has stood out to me for a handful of reasons! Firstly, I love being able to build genuine relationships with our clients. Getting to connect with them so frequently to go over the progress we’ve been making for their business as well as getting to know them on a personal level is my favorite part of the job! Second, I absolutely love being able to play a role in helping them grow their business. From understanding and identifying their goals, creating a unique marketing strategy for their business, to then seeing those goals being met is truly magic! The excitement surrounding my job shows me that I’m right where I’m supposed to be!
Digital marketing is amazing. Why do you love it?
I think it goes without saying that our society is driven by digital marketing. We are living in a time where the internet and social media have a HUGE influence on our lives, businesses and economies. The personalized content that digital marketing data helps create influences our digital interactions, spending habits, and general purchases whether you’re cognizant of it or not! It’s all around us and it can be as simple or complex as you’d like it to be – which is the most fascinating part of it all!
What’s your favorite part about working at enCOMPASS?
My favorite part about working at enCOMPASS is the people! Everyone working here truly embodies each of the core values and have acted as a huge support system as I grow and learn. I’m very grateful to be a part of this little family!
It’s the weekend! Describe your “perfect day.”
My perfect day would start with a morning workout, then heading to my favorite brunch spot with my boyfriend and some friends –300 East in Dilworth. After that, I’d spend the afternoon relaxing and getting some things done around the house. If it’s the summer months, I’d end the night making a home-cooked meal and eat it on our balcony to watch the sunset! If it’s a bit cooler, the only difference would be that I would be eating my home-cooked meal on the couch watching a movie!

I was born at exactly midnight and my mom got to pick between October 4th and October 5th as my birthday (she picked October 5th).
