When did you join the enCOMPASS team?
I started working full-time as the Project Manager in 2017, but I’ve been a huge fan and behind-the-scenes supporter since enCOMPASS was born :). After Jerry’s sudden passing in September 2023, I stepped into the role as President & CEO to carry on his incredible legacy.
Digital marketing is amazing. Why do you love it?
I love that digital marketing is so targeted and can make a huge impact on our client’s business. We know that helping our clients grow doesn’t just impact their business, it helps their families and their employee’s families –who then go out and support their local communities. I love knowing that we can make such an impact.
What’s your favorite part about working at enCOMPASS?
Hands down – easy answer: Our Team! I feel so honored to work with such smarties :).
It’s the weekend! Describe your “perfect day.”
It’s the perfect combination of chilling (reading a book on my back porch) and some sort of fun activity outside (going on a long walk, hiking, biking) with the family.
Tell us a fun fact about you!
Obvious fact: I love my family! Fun fact: I have a big family. I’m the oldest of 5 siblings, and I have 27 wonderful nieces and nephews! I just recently became a great-aunt. We have 3 adult children + 1 daughter-in-law. Spending time with them and just watching them be the amazing humans that they are brings me a lot of joy!
