How did you develop an interest in your current field?

I’ve always been drawn to ads and social media, so after spending my first year of college as an “Undecided” major, I realized Advertising was the right path for me — and I haven’t looked back since. I’m especially fascinated by brand personalities and how they use them to connect with their audience and grow into something recognizable. I love the creativity and flexibility that come with working with different brands. No two brands are the same, which makes it exciting to watch each one develop its own voice and personality and bring that to life through advertising and digital marketing.

Digital marketing is amazing. Why do you love it?

Digital marketing is always evolving and advancing with our world, so it’s awesome to be a part of something that isn’t static. With so many layers to digital marketing, there’s always something new to explore. It’s the perfect blend of imagination and strategy, and I love seeing ideas move from concept to real-world results.

What’s your favorite part about working at enCOMPASS?

Ever since I realized I wanted to pursue a career in advertising, working at an agency was my dream. And, enCOMPASS fulfills that dream for me! We all work hard to support each other and being a smaller company, it gives such a great glimpse into every role. I know that everyone on the enCOMPASS team wants the best for me and I can count on them for constant encouragement. Also, working for a company with such a strong adherence to their core values really makes me feel like I am in the right place!

It’s the weekend! Describe your “perfect day.”

I love staying busy, so my perfect day would consist of lots of activities! I would start off with a workout class, then meet up with friends to walk to get coffee and breakfast. From there, I’d squeeze in some shopping (window shopping to be more realistic) and spend the afternoon by the pool or beach. I’m always down to try a new restaurant, and if there’s live music, even better. Then, I would end the day with a sweet treat!
