How did you develop an interest in your current field?

I studied Media and Broadcast Journalism in college, but I quickly realized my passion wasn’t just in telling stories — it was in helping people directly. I’ve always loved learning what makes someone unique and helping solve the challenges they’re facing. That naturally led me into the Account Executive and sales world. I discovered that what I truly enjoy isn’t just marketing itself, but understanding business owners, their goals, and connecting them with the right strategy to help them grow.

Digital marketing is amazing. Why do you love it?

My favorite thing about digital marketing is helping a company’s true presence be accurately reflected online. Seeing a brand’s personality come to life digitally is fascinating to me.

I love that it’s measurable, strategic, and constantly evolving. You’re not just “putting something out there” and hoping it works — you can see the data, adjust in real time, and optimize for real results. It’s the perfect balance of analytical thinking and creative storytelling. When done right, paid advertising should feel authentic and almost organic to the end user — and that’s the sweet spot I’m always aiming for.

What’s your favorite part about working at enCOMPASS?

Something truly special about enCOMPASS is that we actually live and breathe our core values — both for our clients and internally. The passion for growth across the team is reflected in our work. We hold each other accountable with growth in mind rather than accusations. It’s always, “What can we do better next time?” instead of, “Why did you mess this up?”

In digital marketing, it’s a constant learning and optimizing process. That mindset allows us to treat every misstep as an opportunity to improve rather than throwing in the towel or hoping things magically get better. That culture translates directly into how we serve our clients.

It’s the weekend! Describe your “perfect day.”

A slow morning with breakfast and coffee, followed by yoga, sunshine, and a long walk outside — ideally near water. Then cooking something from scratch with people I love, music playing in the background, and ending the day with good conversation, a game night, or a cozy movie night.
