When did you join the enCOMPASS team?

What led you into web development?

Since I was a child, I always liked to help people and fix things that were broken such as lawn mowers, electronics, etc. I had a friend that liked to program and that is when I started programming websites. That is what eventually led me to find my job at enCOMPASS where I am able to both problem solve and help clients by building quality websites.

Digital marketing is amazing. Why do you love it?

With being a web developer, what's not to love with digital marketing? I like setting up the tracking in tag manager and being able to see/show the difference we are able to make for people each day.

What’s your favorite part about working at enCOMPASS?

There are a lot of things I really like about enCOMPASS, so it is hard to just pick one. I have known Jerry and Jennifer for a long time and they both have values and principles that I respect very much. They truly care about everyone at enCOMPASS and are always trying to improve things as a team. Working with them and the great team we have always feels rewarding and fun because we can always tell each other what needs to be said. We all are passionate at what we do and trust each other and this helps improve things for us and all of our clients.

It’s the weekend! Describe your “perfect day.”

My perfect day is going to the beach and relaxing with my wife Rebecca and my daughter Becca and just hanging out with family and friends there. It is a good place to just go and unplug and just feel the breeze without having to worry about anything. Rebecca and Becca love the beach as well and I just enjoy seeing her playing in the sand and water.

Tell us a fun fact about you!

I love music and drums! I have been playing drums since 6th grade and was in marching band in high school and played snare drum.
