When did you join the enCOMPASS team?

What led you into digital media?

I really enjoy the logic and strategy that goes into setting up advertising campaigns, as well as getting to analyze data and come to conclusions to better improve future campaigns! That’s just exactly how my brain functions so it all just “clicks” very well and is exciting to watch it work successfully! :)

Digital marketing is amazing. Why do you love it?

I love digital marketing’s ability to prove itself valuable. With all the tracking, you can easily see the value & results that it produces. It’s great to see campaigns take off and how much it can help grow businesses!

What’s your favorite part about working at enCOMPASS?

Oh man. If this was a multiple choice question, I’d choose the “all of the above” answer haha. Everything about it is great. It’s a great working environment because everyone here is truly passionate about doing the best work for our clients, as well as helping each other out. We all stay very busy & work hard but are still always joking & enjoying ourselves as well. It’s also great because everyone is always open & hungry for improvements, so we’re always getting better at what we do, and your voice is always heard, which I feel is a very important part of any business.

You’ve recently become Facebook Blueprint certified. What does this mean for enCOMPASS and our clients?

Basically, it means I’m a Facebook advertising know-it-all ;) haha. Facebook offers about 40 hours’ worth of educational courses on how to set up, run & understand the reporting of Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. After going through all of those courses, you have to take & pass two 2-hour tests, in which you literally have a guy watching you the entire time making sure you don’t cheat in any way. What it means for our clients is that their social media campaigns are set up & run by someone who has spent A LOT of time learning all the ins & outs of these platforms, ensuring that their valuable advertising dollars are spent intelligently & efficiently.

It’s the weekend! Describe your “perfect day.”

I love the outdoors & staying active, so whether it's longboarding, soccer, tennis, hiking or any other activity, as long as I’m with my friends and we have some good food to eat after, that’s a perfect day to me!

I once crashed my bike riding down a volcano in Hawaii because I hit a coconut.
