When did you join the enCOMPASS team?
2016 – and enCOMPASS was never the same :P
How did you develop an interest in your current field?
I love people. That is the short answer. I love being able to help business owners grow their business and succeed. We are fortunate enough to work with industries and clients that have such a positive impact on their communities, and it is very rewarding to be able to hear their stories and connect them with people who they can help.
Digital marketing is amazing. Why do you love it?
Where do I begin!? Digital marketing is any marketer’s dream. From how targeted a campaign can be, to how much tracking that exists – there are never wasted impressions when done correctly.
What’s your favorite part about working at enCOMPASS?
This is a hard question because it is not just one thing! Primarily, I would say having the privilege to work at a company that was founded by such an intelligent, humble, and honest business man like Jerry. He was my mentor for many years at enCOMPASS. Being able to work at a digital company that is honest, trustworthy, passionate and always puts clients first is very rewarding and refreshing in this day and age. And of course, the people that make up the enCOMPASS team! They put up with me, so can’t ask for more, ha!
It’s the weekend! Describe your “perfect day.”
My perfect day is exploring a new place, whether it is going to a brewery or hiking in the mountains. And of course, living far from my family, any weekend I am with them is always a plus!

I was born in Pinar del Rio, Cuba – doesn’t get any more “fun” than that.
