How did you develop an interest in your current field?

Throughout my life, I’ve always been fascinated by the creativity behind an ad. More specifically, the “why” behind every brand decision, from the talent chosen to represent a brand to the creative direction and visual style used to tell a story, bring a concept to life, and connect with an audience.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in the technical side of the advertising industry. The data, analytics, and strategy behind running the advertisements.

Digital marketing is amazing. Why do you love it?

Digital marketing is the best because it’s constantly evolving. As new trends emerge, new tools are developed, and we gain access to more insights, there’s always something new to learn and apply. I love that it keeps you on your toes and gives you endless opportunity to grow.

What I find fulfilling is taking new marketing discoveries and using them to help businesses succeed while helping people find products and services that fit their needs.

It’s cool to introduce people to something they didn’t know existed that could benefit their life. It creates value on both sides, and it’s rewarding when a strategy comes to life and makes a measurable impact.

What’s your favorite part about working at enCOMPASS?

There’s too much to love to only choose just one! I’d say, having the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of marketing areas instead of being limited to one area or industry, challenging myself, and continuously learning alongside a close-knit team of motivated, accomplished, and like-minded people.

It’s the weekend! Describe your “perfect day.”

If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I always like having something to do. My perfect day would start with an early morning workout, either at my favorite studio or with one of my run clubs. Afterward, I’d head home to make some coffee, get ready, and organize my life for the week ahead.

By late morning, I’d do something spontaneous like try a new activity or explore a new spot. Then I’d meet up with friends to spend the afternoon outside and on the lake, swimming and enjoying the views. I’d end the day cooking a new recipe with the people I love, making some fun drinks to pair, and relaxing outside as the sun goes down.

Tell us a fun fact about you!

Before starting my career in marketing, I experienced the industry from a different perspective as a fashion model represented by agencies in the New York Metro. Being on sets and at castings surrounded by so many talented creatives gave me a behind-the-scenes glimpse into how everything gets pieced together. I found the experiences exciting, and it ultimately inspired me to pursue this career!
