Following four years of award-winning Web design work, enCOMPASS Agency has scored another set of trophies for its already impressive trophy case. It was announced in October that the agency won three titles in this year’s Davey Awards, all for standard-setting Web design work in the health and beauty sector.

“It’s particularly meaningful to us that these awards come on behalf of our work in health and beauty, and specifically in the hair loss niche,” comments enCOMPASS’ Jerry Schroeder. “We pride ourselves on being the experts for this industry and we’re proud of the great work our clients continually allow us to do for them in this field.”

The Davey Awards, given out annually, honor the best achievements in Web design, social media, and digital marketing. These awards are specifically earmarked for the creative “Davids” of the world—small agencies that get results on par with larger firms (or, Goliaths). Agencies from across the world compete for Davey Awards.

Though the Davey Awards honor smaller firms, the judges themselves are true heavyweights—specifically, representatives from the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts. The Davey website notes that this is “an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a ‘Who's Who’ of acclaimed media, advertising, and marketing firms.”

The awards enCOMPASS took home this year were all on behalf of EliteHairSolutions.com, one of the agency’s most impressive and acclaimed websites. The enCOMPASS team was awarded a Gold-level Davey in the Beauty & Cosmetics Website category, plus Silver medals for Home Page and Visual Appeal.

According to Schroeder, these awards signal forward momentum for the enCOMPASS crew. “This is the fourth year in a row that we’ve taken home major awards for our Web design work,” he comments. “In fact, we earn more prestige for our work with each passing year.”

Though enCOMPASS isn’t in it for the awards, Schroeder notes that they are powerfully affirming. “Winning awards several years straight confirms what I and many other members of our team think, which is that our work has simply gotten better over time,” he offers. “Our aim is continual improvement, and we’d like to think we get better at what we do every day and every year.”
