What You’ll Do

the position’s responsibilities

  • Manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms to meet specific client goals; this includes, but is not limited to, paid search, display, video advertising, digital audio, email marketing, and social media
  • Assess and analyze campaign activity daily
  • Strategize and plan intelligent marketing campaigns based on individual client nuances, goals, and objectives
  • Evaluate and identify underperforming campaigns and implement necessary changes to improve performance
  • Manage creative and messaging to generate the best response based on the client's goals
  • Effectively communicate campaign performance to the Account Manager
  • Generate reports for clients and the account team with insights into campaign performance
  • Update content on client websites
  • Research trends in digital media and make recommendations to keep clients ahead of the competition

performance expectations

  • Achieve greater than 100% return on investment (monthly) for 90%+ of lead generation clients
  • Maintain 90%+ annual client retention
  • Research and present at least one new digital marketing service or opportunity to leadership each quarter
  • Achieve milestones as part of the annual development path

  • Ability to analyze data and translate metrics into actionable insights
  • Organized and process-driven with explicit attention to detail
  • Reliable, accountable, and thorough
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience using Photoshop preferred
  • Meta Certification is a plus

minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of successful digital media experience, specifically with search engine marketing and search engine optimization
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
